Casper Spurge

Caper Spurge is an oleaginous, non edible plant, with seeds containing around 40% of oil. It’s easily adaptable to different environments owing to its strong and drought-resistant qualities.
Caper Spurge can be harvested three times a year, and like Jatropha, its oil can be used in the elaboration of biodiesel.
It is also used in the composition of many industrial products, such as paints, varnish, cosmetics, lubricants, plastics, etc.
Casper Spurge oil-produced biodiesel created a new market, which would be capable of absorbing a big part of the production from the countries that currently cultivate it.
Jatropha de Pomán offers selected giant Casper Spurge seeds and seedlings, to be delivered on the agreed date.
